YOGA & MOBILITY

Mobility is a life skill and being able to adapt and engage with our physical environment is what makes being human fun.

My movement classes entail influence from Vinyasa yoga, Kundalini yoga, Pilates, movement gurus such as Ido Portal, animal movement, flow-arts and neuroscience.

I love breathwork and playing with notions of up-regulation and down-regulation of the nervous system.

RUNNING

As humans we are generally well-adapted to run.

Let me help identify vulnerabilities, weakness and strengths in your body.

For my running patients I recommend 3 sessions where we have time to do hands-on work to correct some restrictions within the fascial, or nervous system, as well as take the time to cultivate a good strength and mobility routine habit that will support your running goals and allow you to have running in your life into your senior athletic years.

CLIMBING

Climbing has unique demands on your body and the adaptive process can sadly entail periods of injury pain and frustration.

To support my climbing patients we use hands-on physio modalities to regulate and release inherent restrictions or restrictions as a result of injury.

I also like to support your journey by influencing your strength and mobility habits, to ensure that you can send your hardest and climb well into your old-age
